R. N. OโDonoghue is a long time midcoast Maine resident, U.S. Navy veteran, and graduate of the University of Maine. He has worked as a weather observer, retail clerk, factory laborer, commercial fisherman, surveyor, and island caretaker. These experiences have given him a broad understanding of his home state and the people who live in it.
