A young man shows up on a small island off the coast of Maine with nothing more than a back pack. Has he come for a holiday? Is he planning on staying? Or, does he have some other reason for being here?
When a newspaper reporter stumbles on a controversial story that could implicate him, he is suddenly forced to confront his past and make some heart-wrenching decisions. This fast-paced story vacillates between colorful and quirky island life and powerful forces in the highest levels of government.
